   ORDER

1. Please place your order using our order form.
2. We will confirm your order and send you an invoice within 24hrs.
3. We reserve the right to cancel your order if we do not receive your payment within 48hrs unless notified by you.
4. We do not entertaining any cancellation once the order are confirm and paid by customer.
5. We will place all orders with Geo Medical Co,. Ltd (Supplier) every 15th & 28th of the month.

    PAYMENT

For International Buyers, we currently only received PAYPAL & CREDIT CARDS. Please contact us (service.gls2u@gmail.com) for TELEGRAPHIC TRANSFER (T/T) payment & WESTERN UNION. We RECOMMENDED PAYPAL & CREDIT CARDS for more secure payment transaction.
  
    SHIPPING

1. For International Buyers, we will ship by EMS or International Express e.x FedEX or depends on your location. Our preference shipping method will be FedEx Express.
2. We will send you an order tracking number after we received the goods from our suppliers in 7 business days.
3. You may receive your order in 10-14 business days after the pre-order closed if there are no accidental situation. The accidental situation refer to natural disasters, express delay, custom clearance and etc. We will update you as soon as possible if the accidental situation occurred.
4. Local Taxes and Import Duties may be incurred in your country and are not included in the price. The buyer or receiver of the shipment is responsible of all such taxes. But we will help you as much as we can for the smooth custom clearance or taxes reduction like declare a much lower value of the package.

    PRODUCTS

1. Our Lenses are 100% authentic Geo products imported directly from Geo Medical co,. Ltd Korean.
2. Every lens come with an Anti-Fake system sticker, customer will be able to submit the code on Geo Medical Official Anti-Fake system webpage to determine product's authenticity.

    AFTER SALES SERVICE

1. In normal case, all goods sold are not refundable and exchangeable.
2. When you buy from us, we want to make you satisfied. If we send you the wrong item or has quality problems, then we will offer you money refund or product exchange. The conditions is you must report the problem within 3 days after receiving the products and the items must be in original condition. Please contact us in service.gls2u@gmail.com to get instruction to refund or exchange.
